Return Period
You can return the products you purchased and the delivery quantities within 14 days.
In order to benefit from the right of return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, complete and in a resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are excluded from the return scope:
Products produced on special orders or specially prepared for the person/company
Products damaged or assembled as a result of use
Hygiene and single products such as oil, component elements, gaskets, filters
How to Make a Return?
Please notify your return request by e-mail to info@kandemirhidrolik.com.
Indicate your order number and reason for return in the e-mail.
After approval is received, send the product to you with the invoice and all accessories by cargo.
After the product reaches the person, the necessary checks are made and the payment continues within 5 business days.
Shipping Fee
If the product is defective or incorrect, the shipping fee will be covered by our company.
For other return requests, the shipping fee is included.
Refund
When the return approval is received, your payment will be refunded if the payment is not made (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
Depending on the processing time of the banks, the appearance of the returned parts can be obtained in 3–7 business days.
